Job Title: Store Controller Job Summary The Store Controller is responsible for managing and controlling inventory, ensuring accurate stock records, coordinating material movement, and maintaining proper documentation. The role ensures availability of materials while minimizing losses, wastage, and discrepancies. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control inward and outward movement of materials. Maintain accurate stock registers, bin cards, and inventory records. Verify delivery challans, invoices, and purchase orders during material receipt. Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and site teams regarding material requirements. Track material consumption and report shortages, excess, or slow-moving items. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Manage returns, transfers, and scrap disposal with proper documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma / Degree in any discipline (preferred). Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Good communication and coordination skills.
