Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry & Calling Executive
Location: Madhya Pradesh (Candidates should be comfortable relocating/working in Madhya Pradesh)
Experience Required: 1–2 years

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry & Calling Executive to join our team in Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain records in the database.
Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, inquiries, and lead generation.
Respond to incoming calls and provide necessary information.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports of calls and data entry tasks.
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the system.
Collaborate with the team to achieve set targets.

Skills & Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in data entry and telecalling/calling roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Candidates should be flexible and comfortable working in Madhya Pradesh.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
