Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

Role & Responsibilities

• Enter patient details, billing information, and medical records accurately into the hospital management system.
• Verify and update admission, discharge, and treatment-related data.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per hospital policy.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management and clinical departments.
• Coordinate with reception, billing, and nursing teams for data accuracy.
• Scan and store important documents digitally for easy retrieval.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Any UG degree / Diploma (Healthcare or IT background preferred).
• Typing speed of 30–40 WPM with good accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hospital management software (HMS) will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment and handle patient data securely.
• Freshers can apply; experience in hospital data entry will be preferred.
