Operation Theatre and Anaesthesia Technician

Operation Theatre Duties:

• Prepare the operation theatre (OT) before each surgery with sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures by handing instruments and managing sterile field.
• Ensure proper sterilization and disinfection of surgical tools and OT environment.
• Maintain OT inventory and restock consumables as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is in working order and report any faults for immediate attention.
• Handle patient positioning, draping, and basic preoperative preparation.
• Dispose of waste and used materials according to infection control protocols.

Anaesthesia-Related Duties:

• Assist anaesthesiologist in preparing and monitoring anaesthesia equipment and machines (e.g., ventilators, monitors, suction devices).
• Prepare medications, IV lines, and anaesthesia cart as per requirement.
• Monitor patient vitals and report to the anaesthesiologist during the procedure.
• Ensure post-anaesthesia recovery support until the patient is stable and transferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
