Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to support business decision-making. This role includes generating insights, building dashboards, improving data quality, and working closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
  
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights.
  
• Build dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  
• Develop automated data pipelines and workflows.
  
• Analyze key performance metrics and track business performance.
  
• Prepare and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with business teams to understand data requirements.
  
• Maintain data documentation, definitions, and data dictionaries.
  
• Use statistical techniques to analyze data and support forecasting.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
  
• Knowledge of Python or R for analysis and automation (optional but preferred).
  
• Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data models.
  
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines and tools.
  
• Understanding of statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
