Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
• Prepare, review, and verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized records of invoices, documents, reports, and correspondence
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports as required
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and clarify required data
• Scan, upload, and file documents both physically and digitally
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
• Follow company procedures and data management guidelines
• Track pending entries and follow up with relevant departments for missing information
• Generate simple analytical reports using Excel (pivot tables, filters, formulas)
• Assist during audits by providing documents, records, and data extracts
• Review system-generated reports for discrepancies and escalate issues when needed
• Support administrative tasks such as printing, photocopying, and preparing document sets
• Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks before deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role
• Strong typing speed with high accuracy
• Basic knowledge of accounting entries (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and data-entry tools
• Experience with ERP/MIS systems is an added advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities
