Experience in customer handling or counseling (preferred). Proficiency in using email, WhatsApp, and MS Office tools. 2. Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)Role Overview: The Customer Relationship Executive supports applicants after enrollment. Key Responsibilities: Connect with enrolled applicants via calls, messages, and emails to share available job openings. Guide candidates about interview schedules, requirements, and preparation tips. Coordinate between candidates and BD team to arrange interviews with hotels/restaurants. Maintain regular follow-up with candidates to track progress and address queries. Ensure timely and professional communication to build long-term trust. Maintain applicant database with updated interview and placement status. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a helpful attitude. Ability to multitask and handle multiple candidates simultaneously. Good coordination and follow-up skills. Experience in recruitment support or client servicing is an advantage. 3. Business Developer (BD)Role Overview: The Business Developer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients (hotels and restaurants). Their primary role is to generate more job openings, understand employer requirements, and coordinate with internal teams for successful placements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel and restaurant clients. Approach potential clients through calls, emails, and professional networking. Gather detailed job requirements from employers and share with internal teams. Coordinate with the CRE team to schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Negotiate terms, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain long-term partnerships. Regularly update management on market trends, opportunities, and client needs.
