About the Role:

Optimum Solutions is seeking a female Sales Desk Executive. The ideal candidate should have a B.Com degree or equivalent, good IQ, and proficiency in MS Office. This role involves supporting the sales team in daily operations and maintaining records and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team in daily desk operations
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Maintain sales records and reports
• Prepare Excel dashboards and documentation
• Coordinate between sales and other departments

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• B.Com graduate or equivalent
• Good IQ & analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
