Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a focused and dependable Data Entry Operator to accurately input and maintain logistics and operational data in our in-house ERP system. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with routine tasks while coordinating with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update daily operational data into the company's in-house ERP system
Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, trip details, delivery schedules, and shipment status
Track and input data related to driver assignments, fuel usage, and route updates
Perform regular checks to identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies
Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to collect required information for data entry
Organize and maintain digital records related to fleet operations and trip logs
Assist in generating basic operational reports as required by the management
Ensure all data entries are completed on time and are in line with internal standards
Support the team in day-to-day administrative and data-related tasks
