Job Description

Job Responsibilities: * Billing & Sales Entry: Accurately enter sales data and prepare invoices. Maintain proper records of daily sales transactions. * Purchase Entry: Enter purchase bills and related data into the system. Ensure all purchase records are updated and accurate. * Customer Coordination: Communicate with customers regarding their product requirements, orders, and follow-ups. Provide support and address customer queries professionally. * Documentation & Filing: Maintain proper documentation of all entries and transactions. Ensure all data is organized and easily retrievable. Requirements: * Basic knowledge of billing, sales, and purchase entry. * Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Tally Software. * Good communication skills . * Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Experience in similar roles preferred (Freshers with good skills may also apply). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
