Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Job Location – Chandigarh

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems and maintaining organized records. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and verify data in various databases and systems
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any incompatibilities
• Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested
• Prepare reports and summaries based on collected data
• Ensure data integrity and security at all times
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in computer applications or related field is a plus
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or office clerk
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and typing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry software or CRM systems
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, formulas, and data validation tools

Working hour – 2*pm to 11*pm (Monday to Friday)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
