Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Report all activities and progress of the assigned section to the Assistant Technical Manager on a regular basis.
Manage and oversee the booking and registration of samples through the YLIMS system.
Raise indents for reagents and chemicals as per requirements and maintain proper stock and records of the laboratory store.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs while handling materials and documentation.
Perform any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Key Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of laboratory operations and sample management
Familiarity with YLIMS or similar Laboratory Information Management Systems
Inventory and store management skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
