Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain project-related data including materials, manpower, and progress details.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports from site records.
  • Ensure accuracy of all entered data and maintain timely reporting.
  • Assist in compiling project documentation and record keeping.
  • Coordinate with site teams to collect and verify data.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of all data records.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate with good computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word).
  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry or documentation roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with project documentation or construction data entry will be an added advantage.
