Our mission is to establish climate-proof farms using cutting-edge growing chambers, medium-less cultivation, and advanced IoT mechanisms to enhance sustainability and revolutionize the way we grow vegetables. **Role Overview:** As a Data Entry Operator at Eeki, you will play a crucial role in maintaining database integrity, coordinating with on-ground teams, and supporting the deployment of the Eeki App on farms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform regular data audits and cleanups to maintain database integrity. - Coordinate with on-ground teams for data recording, validation, and corrections. - Monitor data regularly, identify normal trends, and highlight abnormalities. - Organize and file data-related documentation and adhere to data privacy and security policies. - Respond to data entry requests promptly and effectively. - Test, manage, and support deployment of the Eeki App on farms. - Design, deploy, and manage farm-level data collection forms/sheets. - Prepare and deliver timely reports based on operational and management needs. **Qualifications Required:** - Any Graduate, additional data management or analytics certification is a plus. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS- Excel, familiarity with data management systems or databases is an advantage. - Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry. - Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. - Strong observational and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach to monitoring. - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
