Job Summary:

We are hiring a female data entry operator to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data accurately in our systems. She must have good typing speed, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into relevant databases, systems, or spreadsheets.
• Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Respond to data-related queries and requests from other departments.
• Generate simple reports and summaries as needed.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 12th pass.
• Good typing speed
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
