Data Entry (Madurai)

Job Description:

BG Naidu Sweets, a pioneer in traditional sweet manufacturing, is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage daily entry operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, possess Typewriting (Lower Grade) Certification, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience in data entry or administrative support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer, sales, and inventory data into company systems using Excel.
• Maintain and update digital and physical records.
• Prepare and organize reports, sales summaries, and internal logs.
• Assist with billing and documentation processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
• Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for timely data compilation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, formatting).
• Typewriting – Lower Grade Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data entry or clerical role.
• Basic knowledge of record-keeping, document filing, and numeric accuracy.
• Good communication and time management skills.
