Job Description

Data Entry and Management

Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, or company systems.
Update, verify, and maintain information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Organize and store records electronically or physically for easy retrieval.

2. Data Verification and Quality Control

Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
Cross-check and validate data with source documents.
Correct and report discrepancies as necessary.

3. Database and System Maintenance

Maintain and update database systems regularly.
Assist in creating reports and summaries based on entered data.
Ensure secure handling of confidential or sensitive information.

4. Documentation and Record Keeping

Prepare and sort source documents for data entry.
Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
File and store documents properly for future reference.

5. Communication and Coordination

Coordinate with other departments to gather required information.
Report data issues or process bottlenecks to supervisors or IT teams.
Support administrative tasks related to data management.

6. Compliance and Confidentiality

Follow company policies on data security and privacy.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
