Role Description

Data Entry & Inventory Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry & Inventory Executive at our store in Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for accurately entering data into our pharmacy software, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that all records are up to date. They will also assist with administrative tasks, support customer service, and communicate effectively with team members to maintain seamless store operations.

Qualifications

• Enter product details, batches, pricing, and expiry dates into

  PharmSoft WOW Ecogreen

• Maintain accurate and real-time stock levels
• Coordinate with suppliers for purchase entries and stock inwarding
• Generate inventory reports and highlight discrepancies
• Support billing team in case of software issues or stock mismatches
• Ensure expiry and low-stock alerts are flagged in time

• Prior experience in

  pharmacy data entry or inventory management

• Working knowledge of

  PharmSoft WOW Ecogreen

  (preferred)
• Good typing speed and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of pharmacy products, SKUs, and batch handling
• Familiarity with GST billing is a plus
• Reliability and punctuality are essential

• ?12,000 ?18,000/month (depending on experience)

• 9:00 AM 9:00 PM (split shift or full shift options available)
• 6-day work week
