Data Entry & Inventory Executive (Pharmacy Software)

As a Data Entry & Inventory Executive at Shifa Plus Chemist & Convenience Store, your role will involve managing product and stock entries in our pharmacy software. You will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting seamless store operations in our Mumbai store. Key Responsibilities: - Enter product details, batches, pricing, and expiry dates into PharmSoft WOW & Ecogreen software - Maintain accurate and real-time stock levels - Coordinate with suppliers for purchase entries and stock inwarding - Generate inventory reports, identify discrepancies, and address them promptly - Assist the billing team in resolving software issues or stock mismatches - Monitor expiry dates and low-stock levels to ensure timely alerts are raised Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in pharmacy data entry or inventory management - Familiarity with PharmSoft WOW & Ecogreen software (preferred) - Proficient typing skills and keen attention to detail - Basic knowledge of pharmacy products, SKUs, and batch handling - Understanding of GST billing will be advantageous - Demonstrated reliability and punctuality In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 12,000 to 18,000 per month (based on experience), you will have the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives. The working hours for this full-time, on-site position are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with options for split shifts or full shifts during the 6-day work week.
