Data Entry - Intern

About Role

As a Data Entry Specialist at Regami Solutions, you will ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of our company databases. You will collaborate with team members to resolve data issues and take on new challenges to support our dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into company databases and software systems from various sources.
• Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
• Assist with the retrieval of information and data for reports and analysis.
• Support other administrative tasks as required by the department.
• Conduct regular data quality checks and perform clean-up activities.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and discrepancies. .
• Perform any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have completed high school, or possess a diploma or degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, etc.
• Basic understanding of database systems and data management software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Basic problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Contract length: 6 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
