Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator / Claims Processor to manage and verify Travel & Expense (T&E) claims for the West region. The role involves validating claims as per company policies, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with employees and the Finance team, and supporting audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and verify T&E (Travel & Expense) claims for the West region.

Ensure all claims comply with company policies and approval limits.

Maintain accurate data in trackers/systems and share verified claims with the Finance team for processing.

Respond to employee queries via calls, emails, or helpdesk in a timely manner.

Prepare and maintain claim records for internal or external audits.

Identify and report any discrepancies or policy deviations in claims.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 25 years of experience in data entry, claims processing, or expense management.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial data handling.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Prior experience in handling employee reimbursements or T&E claims will be an advantage.
