Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Entry Executive to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, or online systems.
Review data for errors and make corrections as needed.
Maintain and update files, records, and other documents.
Retrieve data from various sources and compile it when required.
Ensure data confidentiality and follow company data handling policies.
Assist with other clerical or administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Graduated from any stream.
Basic computer skills, especially proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in a data entry role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
