Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems.
  • Prepare, sort, and compile documents for data entry.
  • Review data for errors, completeness, and inconsistencies; correct data as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
  • Generate basic reports and retrieve data for team members when required.
  • Ensure data backups and proper documentation of completed work.
  • Follow company procedures and maintain organized records.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to resolve data-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, formulas, and data-cleaning processes.
