Data Entry Executive

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Prepare and maintain daily dispatch reports. - Update records in software/excel as per dispatch team inputs. - Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and on time. - Maintain proper records of all sales invoices. - Coordinate with the sales team to verify sales order details before billing. - Accurately record Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) related GST bills. - Assist the accounts team in GST-related data preparation. - Record collection of bills from vendors. - Keep track of pending and completed collections. - Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and documents (both soft and hard copy). - Ensure easy retrieval of records when required. - Prepare monthly MIS/data sheets as per management requirements. - Support in generating basic reports from recorded data. - Assist accounts/admin team in routine clerical tasks. - Perform any other data entry or office support work as assigned. Qualifications required: - 02 years of experience in data entry/accounts support (freshers can apply). Skills required: - Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry. - Basic knowledge of accounting entries and GST (preferred). - Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry software. - Good organizational and filing skills. - Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
