Job Description

Enter demographic details (name, address, DOB, employment, income, contact info, etc.) of mortgage applicants into the company’s database / Loan Origination System (LOS) Validate and verify the data entered by cross-checking against source documents (application forms, identity proofs, KYC documents, credit bureau data) Identify and flag discrepancies or incomplete data; escalate / coordinate with team or applicant for corrections Update existing records when new or changed demographic data is received Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy / security norms Perform routine data audits and quality checks; generate error reports Generate and submit periodic reports (daily, weekly) on data-entry volumes, error rates, pending corrections
