As a Data Entry Executive at CARE Group of Institutions in Trichy, your role will involve accurately entering and managing data related to academic, administrative, and operational activities. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of institutional records and ensuring smooth data processing across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately enter data into internal databases, spreadsheets, or academic portals. - Update and maintain student records, faculty information, and administrative documents. - Organize and manage paper and digital files efficiently. - Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness. - Prepare reports, retrieve data as requested, and maintain confidentiality. - Assist academic and administrative departments in managing day-to-day data needs. - Coordinate with faculty and staff for data collection and clarification. - Maintain data integrity and security by following institutional policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum qualification: Bachelors degree in any discipline. - Proven experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred. - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Good typing speed with high accuracy. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic knowledge of institutional management systems or ERP software is an advantage.
