We are currently in search of a meticulous and dependable Data Entry & Backend Support Executive to become a valuable part of our operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the configuration of new customer accounts by transferring data from their existing systems to the MioSalon platform. Additionally, you will be engaged in supporting backend tasks to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience and uphold data integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and categorize client data, encompassing customer records, service menus, pricing, staff details, packages, and appointments. - Precisely transfer data into the MioSalon platform for newly acquired accounts. - Collaborate closely with the onboarding and customer success teams to ensure prompt completion of account setup procedures. - Execute backend activities such as updating service lists, creating staff profiles, configuring access controls, adjusting business settings, among others. - Address recurring backend support inquiries from clients through non-voice channels (email, CRM, ticketing tools). - Maintain an internal repository of completed tasks and identified issues. - Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure superior data accuracy. Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in backend support or data entry positions. - Exceptional focus on detail and precision. - Proficient in managing repetitive tasks consistently with a high level of quality. - Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, or basic data formatting utilities. - Self-driven and competent in working with minimal supervision.
