Data Entry Associate

Job Title: Data Entry Associate ( Accounts Department)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for feeding of data in BUSY Software for all purchases.
• Complete and maintain BRC documentation for export transactions.
• Keep accurate records and organize accounting files for audit readiness.
• Verify, record, and file purchase bills and supplier invoices.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations and audits.

Skill and Competencies:

• Education Graduate. Preferably from Commerce background.
• Experience- 1-3 years of experience in accounting
• Operational knowledge of computers is a must like Email client, Word and Excel.
• Candidate should have knowledge of accounting software.
• Aptitude to learn new processes, adapt and perform.
