As a Data Entry & Administrative Assistant, your role will involve entering and maintaining accurate invoice data, recording and organizing key documents, following up on missing documents, and logging all completed work and interactions into the CRM system. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be crucial in carrying out these tasks effectively. Additionally, your organizational and time management skills will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Enter and maintain accurate invoice data into the internal system - Record and organize key documents - Follow up and chase missing documents from relevant parties - Log all completed work and interactions into the CRM system Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Word) and willingness to learn new systems - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and follow established procedures This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Proficiency in English is required for this role.,
