Job Title: Reporting and Analytics Manager Location: Pune (Work From Office) Walk-in Interview Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Notice period: Immediate to 30days Job Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining data pipelines, leveraging Python, SQL, AWS, and Snowflake technologies. Key Responsibilities: Data Pipeline Management: Design, develop, and maintain efficient data pipelines for large, complex datasets. Automation & Optimization: Implement automation strategies using Python to streamline data processing and reduce manual efforts. Infrastructure Development: Build robust infrastructure for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Analytics & Insights: Develop analytics tools that help monitor and enhance business performance metrics. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, and Design, to address technical issues and optimize data infrastructure. Data Security & Compliance: Ensure secure data storage and management across multiple AWS regions and data centers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Proficiency: Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Cassandra). Strong expertise in Python scripting, including Pandas, NumPy, and API integrations. Experience with AWS, Snowflake, and cloud-based data infrastructure. Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting code failures. Industry Experience: 6+ years of experience in a data engineering, analytics, or reporting role. Prior experience in data transformation, structuring, and metadata management. Hands-on experience in web scraping and automation processes. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders across different teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
