Role Overview Description Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Build and manage data warehouses to support reporting and analytics initiatives. Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for data extraction and transformation. Develop interactive and static BI reports and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects and Crystal Reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and reporting requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and report reliability. Monitor and optimize ETL workflows and report performance. Apply best practices for data management, documentation, and performance tuning. Required Skills: Proven expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, and Data Warehousing concepts. Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects and Crystal Reports for report development. Strong analytical skills to understand and work with complex datasets. Ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data lake architecture. Knowledge of other BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Mentoring or team leadership experience is an advantage. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Several years of hands-on experience in data engineering and/or BI development.
