Familiarity with best-in-class analytics practices, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and BI tools such as Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, R, and Python will be advantageous. As a DaaS Data Engineer at Mondelz International, you will have the exciting opportunity to design and construct scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud-based data solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, optimizing data storage, and collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies and best practices. Key responsibilities of this role involve designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions, managing data pipelines for data extraction and transformation, maintaining data quality and validation processes, optimizing data storage for efficiency, and fostering collaboration with data teams and product owners to drive innovation. In terms of technical requirements, proficiency in programming languages like Python, PySpark, and Go/Java, database management skills in SQL and PL/SQL, expertise in ETL & Integration tools, data warehousing concepts, visualization tools, and cloud services such as GCP and AWS is essential. Experience with supporting technologies and soft skills like problem-solving, communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.
