Data Engineer

You are an experienced Data Engineer with at least 6 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will be working as part of a team to develop Data and Analytics solutions. Your responsibilities will include participating in the development of cloud data warehouses, data as a service, and business intelligence solutions. You should be able to provide forward-thinking solutions in data integration and ensure the delivery of a quality product. Experience in developing Modern Data Warehouse solutions using Azure or AWS Stack is required. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science & engineering or equivalent demonstrable experience. It is desirable to have Cloud Certifications in Data, Analytics, or Ops/Architect space. Your primary skills should include: - 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, with a key/lead role in implementing large data solutions - Programming experience in Scala or Python, SQL - Minimum of 1 year of experience in MDM/PIM Solution Implementation with tools like Ataccama, Syndigo, Informatica - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Engineering Pipelines, Solutions implementation in Snowflake - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Engineering Pipelines, Solutions implementation in Databricks - Working knowledge of some AWS and Azure Services like S3, ADLS Gen2, AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Your secondary skills should include familiarity with Agile Practices, Version control platforms like GIT, CodeCommit, problem-solving skills, ownership mentality, and a proactive approach rather than reactive.
