Job Description

Data Engineer QA (ETL + Selenium) 3 to 6 months Contract
This contract position for a Data Engineer QA is a 3-6 months Contract Role focused on ensuring the quality and integrity of data.

The main responsibilities include:

ETL Testing: Designing and running tests on data pipelines to validate data transformations and ensure data is accurate and complete.
Automation: Developing automated test scripts using Selenium with either Java or Python.
Collaboration: Working with data engineers and other team members to align testing strategies and ensure project goals are met.
Documentation: Maintaining clear documentation of test plans and results.
Required skills include at least 5 years of experience in QA and ETL testing, a strong background in SQL, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data warehouses (Snowflake) is a plus.
