Data Analyst/Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and build data and AI solutions adding business value (Service Efficiency, Sales) linking strongly to IOT data and other proprietary data sources
• Collaborate with Architecure Team and the Global Team responsible for scaling and providing data and artefacts based on our Common Data Platform
• Work with Data Architects to ensure automation aligns with standards, governance, and platform strategy
• Apply strong

  data modelling

  to ensure to create data based solutions – fast time to market
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies and best practices in

  data, automation, and AI

  to drive platform evolution
• Explore and leverage the latest capabilities of

  Azure AI Foundry and Databricks Agent Bricks

  to enable intelligent, agentic orchestration
• Develop dashboards and reports in

  Power BI (or similar tools)

  tailored to business stakeholders
• Collaborate with peers across global teams (e.g., Berlin, Madrid, Atlanta, Brazil) to ensure consistency and reuse of artifacts
• Work closely with business stakeholders to contextualize data, explain findings, and enable adoption
• Track and measure business value created by data use cases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or applied analytics
• Strong track record in building data based products (best in the B2B industry) and creating scaled business value
• Strong hands-on skills in

  Azure Databricks, SQL, Python, and Power BI

• Ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in industrial or service businesses, preferably IoT data or field operations
• Strong
• problem-solving and collaboration skills in global, cross-functional teams. Very strong team player – being ready to work in a global high performing team
• Fluent in English; German, Spanish or Portugese a plus
