Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ensuring efficient data flow across systems. Youll work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines. Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows. Integrate data from various sources including APIs, databases, and third-party services. Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across platforms. Implement data warehousing solutions using tools like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery. Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to support analytics and reporting needs. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure performance and reliability. Document data architecture, processes, and standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java. Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow, Luigi, or Prefect. Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and architecture best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git). Exposure to real-time data processing (Kafka, Flink, etc.). Knowledge of data privacy and governance practices.
