Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with relevant experience in building, managing, and monitoring Data Marts and Data Pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Pyspark, and database operations in PostgreSQL. Experience with AWS services such as AWS Glue, AWS SageMaker, AWS S3, and SNS is essential. The candidate will be responsible for querying the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and extracting data for analysis and model training.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain Data Marts and Data Pipelines.
Independently manage and monitor data workflows to ensure optimal performance.
Query the EDW and extract relevant data for analysis and model training.
Write highly optimized SQL queries to enhance data retrieval efficiency.
Utilize Python and Pyspark for data processing and analysis.
Perform database operations in PostgreSQL.
Proficiently use MS Excel for data manipulation and analysis.

Good to Have Skills:

Experience in dashboarding and visualization on H2O Wave app.
Conduct quick analyses to identify high-risk agents, pin codes, products, partners, etc., and analyze data distributions.
Perform deduplication operations using fuzzy logic or regular expressions.
Automate tasks using Python to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
years of relevant work experience as a Data Engineer.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
