Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Data Engineering & Process Automation: Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to process billing and payment data. Write efficient SQL scripts and Python processes for data transformation and automation. Optimize data workflows to ensure efficient and accurate data processing. Ensure data discoverability, integrity, and proper transfer for customer billing communications. Technical Documentation & Process Management: Create and maintain technical documentation related to data processes, design, and delivery of bill pay communications (e.g., Bill Ready, Disconnect alerts). Document data flow diagrams, data lineage, and system dependencies. Billing & Payment Data Processing: Understand and manage complex billing and payment data for both Mobile and Fixed services. Prevent errors in customer communication by ensuring data accuracy and proper trigger mechanisms . Work closely with business stakeholders to enhance billing and payment workflows . Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent technical requirements in discussions with Billing, Collections, Retention, and other teams, if needed with 3rd party vendors . Provide insights on data design, triggers, and automation processes.
