Job Description

As a Data Engineer at Bridgnext, you will be responsible for working on internal and customer-based projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality of the code and providing optimal solutions to meet client requirements while anticipating their future needs based on market understanding. Your experience with Hadoop projects, including data processing and representation using various AWS services, will be valuable in this role. You should have at least 4 years of experience in data engineering, with a specialization in big data technologies such as Spark and Kafka. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Databricks is essential for this position. A strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data warehousing is necessary, along with proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as familiarity with big data tools, will be beneficial. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently. In addition to technical skills, you should possess solid written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities. Being a strong team player while also capable of working independently is crucial. Maintaining composure in various situations, collaborative nature, high standards of professionalism, and consistently delivering high-quality results are expected from you. Your self-sufficiency and openness to creative solutions will be key in addressing any challenges that may arise in the role.,
