Data Editing & Multitasking - Internship

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Editing & Multitasking Intern to join our team at the office. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data editing, research, and content management while collaborating directly with our team. The ideal candidate should be organized, capable of handling multiple tasks, and proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Data Editing & Content Management (Training provided for all tools)

• Edit, proofread, and refine documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Conduct research to verify facts and ensure information is current and reliable.
• Collaborate with the design team to enhance content with visuals, charts, and infographics.
• Work alongside subject matter experts to align content with project goals.
• Reformat and adapt content for different purposes while maintaining quality standards.

Multitasking & Research

• Handle multiple assignments effectively and deliver within deadlines.
• Perform competitive research to identify industry trends and insights.
• Contribute to creative strategies based on competitor analysis.
• Support campaign analysis and reporting to suggest improvements.

Training & Development

• Participate in role-specific training to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (preferred) or a related field.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent written communication with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English grammar, spelling, and formatting.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Commitment to accuracy and high-quality output.
