Data Coordinator

Job description:

My Digital Agency is a dynamic and innovative Digital Media company dedicated to delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Coordinator to support our team in collecting, organizing, and Evaluating data. The ideal candidate will need to have strong evaluation & analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Marathi. This role involves managing databases, presenting insights in a clear and actionable manner and conducting research as per requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace

2. Verify the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of collected data through thorough quality checks and validation procedures.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to understand their data requirements and provide them with accurate and relevant data sets for their respective initiatives

4. Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries based on collected data, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

5. Assist in the development and improvement of data collection processes, including the identification of new data sources and the implementation of efficient data collection methodologies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
• Strong in data gathering, analysis & research.
• Strong attention to detail and timely execution.

Qualifications:

• 0–1 years of experience in a Data coordinator role (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
