Data Control Executive

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Data Control Executives at our Kochi Campus. This entry-level job opportunity is ideal for freshers as well as individuals with 1-2 years of experience. As a Data Control Executive, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and controlling critical data for our clients as part of project implementation. Your primary responsibilities will include updating and maintaining complex data in systems according to project timelines and plans. It will be crucial to ensure that all scanned data is in the proper format and indexed correctly based on the record format. Additionally, you will need to identify and assign index terms or key terms to the captured documents using predefined terms, as well as conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and control. The key skills required for this role include quick reading abilities, analytical skills, proficiency in computer operations, familiarity with MS Office and PDF management, online indexing skills, and a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. This position is open to individuals who are proficient in reading English documents, can grasp basic data details, and possess a typing speed of 40wpm. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift working hours. The work location is on-site at our Kochi Campus.,
