Role Overview:
We are looking for a Data Executive with 1–2 years of experience to take complete ownership of all internal data used across the company including sponsors, delegates, researched prospects, and other operational data. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining a single, centralized master database in Excel, organized by location and other key categories, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for employees to use in pitching, follow-ups, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collect and consolidate all internal company data, including:

o Sponsors from past and current events.

o Delegates from attendee records.

o Researched prospective companies for pitching.

o Other relevant internal trackers and records from different teams.

· Maintain one centralized Excel database as the single source of truth.

· Categorize data by location (city/region), industry, and event.

· Standardize formats for company names, industries, and contact details.

· Remove duplicates, validate entries, and ensure data accuracy.

· Update the database after each quarterly event and as new research data comes in.

· Provide segmented lists to different teams (sales, sponsorship, marketing) for targeted outreach.

· Generate periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for management.

· Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection standards.

Requirements:

· 1–2 years of experience in data management, sales data handling, or similar roles.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting).

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.

· Experience in cleaning, standardizing, and categorizing data.

· Good coordination skills to work with multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with CRM tools or event data management.

· Basic knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
