Delegate Acquisition - Intern

Location: Malad

Working days: Monday- Friday (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM)

Internship Stipend: 10,000 + performance bonus

Internship Summary:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic intern to support our delegate acquisition efforts for upcoming events. This role is ideal for someone interested in marketing, sales, or event management and looking to gain real-world experience in B2B outreach and corporate partnerships.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and contact potential companies to inform them about upcoming award shows.

2. Draft and send professional email communications to prospective clients and corporate partners.

3. Follow up with companies to encourage and assist with the submission of award nomination forms.

4. Coordinate with nominated companies to collect names and details of event participants.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, clients, and event delegates.

3. Are available for duration of 6 months

4. Located in Mumbai only

5. Have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree.

2. Excellent communication skills
