Role Overview: As a Salesforce Data Associate at Jacobs, you will play a crucial role in supporting the APME Sales and Operations team to manage their budget effectively. You will utilize the Salesforce tool to generate accurate reports for budget analysis and develop dashboards within the Client Success Platform (CSP) to provide a comprehensive overview of business performance. Your responsibilities will include data analysis and visualization on the CSP platform and Sales Analytics (Tableau CRM), creating meaningful dashboards to monitor key business trends, running and sharing reports with stakeholders, and facilitating knowledge transfer to junior team members. Your attention to detail and focus on data quality will be essential as you collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Sales Leads, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure accurate financial data and bid governance. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the APME Sales and Operations team to prevent budget exceedance by generating accurate reports and developing dashboards within the CSP - Analyze and visualize data on the CSP platform and Sales Analytics to ensure accurate data projection and forecasting - Create meaningful dashboards on Sales Analytics to help Leadership monitor key business trends - Run and share Schedule 3 reports with designated stakeholders to analyze book to burn trends within agreed timelines - Facilitate knowledge transfer to junior team members to empower them to provide support when needed - Collaborate with various departments to identify, investigate, and reconcile financial data and bid governance - Manage day-to-day data on the Client Success Platform, providing support and governance as required Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field with 7+ years of experience - Advanced knowledge of CRM tools - Proficiency in data visualization and Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, Power BI, and automation - Strong attention to detail - Experience in data management and governance - Business analysis and reporting skills Additional Details: Jacobs values a sense of belonging, career growth, and work-life balance to consistently exceed client expectations.
