Role Overview: As a Salesforce Data Associate at Jacobs, you will play a crucial role in working closely with the APME Sales and Operations team to manage and analyze budget consumption. Your primary responsibilities will include generating accurate reports from the Salesforce tool, developing various dashboards within the Client Success Platform (CSP), and creating meaningful dashboards on Sales Analytics to monitor key business trends. Your attention to detail and focus on data quality will be essential in ensuring realistic projections of business performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify, investigate, and reconcile financial data and bid governance, making you a key element of the CSP data management team. Key Responsibilities: - Generate accurate reports from the Salesforce tool to analyze budget consumption - Develop dashboards within CSP, such as the 101 dashboard and GID dashboards, to provide a one-stop solution for performance assessment and bid engagement measurement - Create meaningful dashboards on Sales Analytics to help Leadership monitor key business trends - Run and share Schedule 3 reports with designated stakeholders to analyze book to burn trends within agreed timelines - Facilitate knowledge transfer to junior team members to empower them to support effectively - Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Sales Leads, and Subject Matter Experts for data reconciliation and bid governance - Manage day-to-day data on the Client Success Platform, providing support, monitoring, and governance Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field with 7+ years of experience - Advanced knowledge of CRM tools - Proficiency in data visualization and Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, Power BI, and Automation - Strong attention to detail and focus on data quality - Experience in data management, governance, business analysis, and reporting Additional Company Details: At Jacobs, we value people and strive to create a work environment that fosters belonging, career growth, and a healthy lifestyle.
