Overview:

Data Associate

Role & responsibilities:

  • Enter and update requisition (Req) details accurately in the database/system.
  • Maintain data quality by validating information and identifying inconsistencies.
  • Use basic Excel functions (filtering, formatting, sorting, basic formulas) to organize and review data.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to clarify missing or incomplete information.
  • Generate simple reports or extracts as needed.
  • Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks and adherence to defined processes.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work with multiple data sources and follow structured processes.
  • Basic understanding of data handling and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
