Data Architecture Senior Manager

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Demonstrates in-depth-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs including: • Designing and implementing data architecture strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and data governance policies; • Working collaboratively with business leaders, IT teams, and other US Enterprise Tech stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions; • Acting as a subject matter expert in data architecture, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams; • Implementing a comprehensive data architecture strategy that aligns with the organizations business goals and objectives; • Ensuring that data architecture is scalable, sustainable, and flexible to meet future business needs; • Guiding the development of data warehousing, data lakes, and other data storage solutions; • Establishing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, consistency, and security; • Promoting best practices in data management and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations; • Evaluating and recommending new technologies and tools to enhance data architecture capabilities; • Providing leadership and mentorship to a team of data architects and analysts,innovation and continuous improvement; • Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure PwC remains at the forefront of data architecture practices; • Working closely with IT security teams to ensure data security and privacy regulations are met; • Utilizing data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar; • Understanding of the professionalindustryw ith experience in data architecture field; • Demonstrates in- depth level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs • Demonstrating proven experience with data warehousing, data lake solutions, ETL processes, and data modeling; • Managing data services and SaaS products through cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure; • Presenting experience in data bricks or similar tool; • Understanding importance ofdataq uality for AI applications; • Demonstrating proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases; • Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices; • Having the ability to solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment; and, • Demonstrating exceptional communication and leadership skills. Shift: 2pm-11pm
