Data Architect

As a Data Architect with 5-10 years of experience, you will be a key member of our team responsible for designing and implementing scalable data architectures for enterprise applications. Your role will involve developing and maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical data models, defining data governance policies, and ensuring data integrity and security. Collaboration with stakeholders to identify data requirements and translate them into architectural solutions is a crucial aspect of this position. Your responsibilities will include leading the evaluation and selection of database technologies and tools, overseeing data integration, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes, as well as optimizing database performance and managing data storage solutions. It will be essential for you to ensure alignment of data architecture with business and technology strategies to support the organization's goals effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Additionally, you must have a strong background in relational databases such as SQL Server, as well as expertise in data warehousing, ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend), and big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). A solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards is essential, and experience with cloud data platforms like AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, or Google BigQuery would be advantageous. Communication and stakeholder management skills are also key requirements for this position. While not mandatory, certifications such as AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty, Google Professional Data Engineer, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate would be considered a plus.
