Job Description

Design and implement robust, scalable data architectures to support business needs.
Develop data models, database schemas, and ETL pipelines.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to optimize data flows.
Establish and enforce best practices for data governance and security.
Identify and resolve data quality issues to maintain reliable datasets.
Should have hands on experience in Data Model development and Data Model Deployment.
Should have experience in processing 1 TB of data volume

Job Requirement:

Proficiency in Python.
7-10 Years Experience
Understand the RFP requirements, Product Requrirements to help the BCT Solution / Retina Presales team on the Solutioning Architecture , Data flow diagram in sync with the Scope of Work
Strong knowledge of SQL and databases.
Proficiency in data modeling tools and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
Good understanding on process requirements, data sources, data quality and data availability.
